This week I am on a long series of family fishing trips. Parents and children, grandparents and grandkids a wide variety. Every trip is a treat and a fun time for the family and the guide! After a rainy day in the office I am back at it in the morning.

I had seen a few loon chicks in the last week or so but this morning they were all out and about. Including this newly hatched pair that was riding on a parents back when we first spotted them. We saw three different sets of checks on various parts of Megunticook Lake.

We enjoyed a great evening celebrating 30 years in business. Perfect weather, great food, family and lots of friends. Already looking forward to the 40^th celebration!
