Today we are in the midst of a blizzard; very windy, snowing hard, temperature around 20, with a predicted total snowfall of a couple of feet. Winter to be sure.

As I am working on the details of a downtown office and expect to have someone in that office representing me this summer and as always a few guides who sometimes fill in for me on trips.  I need to make it crystal clear what kind of experience I want my clients to have and provide those folks with the tools, knowledge and ability to make it happen. Along with the promise that we will deliver with a positive attitude.

I realized over the weekend that the days have gotten long enough for the chickadees to begin to sing. For me that is the first sign of spring followed very soon by early flocks of robins and bluebirds. February usually flies by but March and April are the long months for me. In Maine they are referred to as mud season. Still cold but there are warm days that offer a glimpse of the coming season.
