This September is different in that there are still many families taking vacations or staying on into the fall as schools at home are either not starting or starting with remote learning. Most years the kids live vests are
put away on Labor day and sometimes sooner. This year I am still guiding families and will be into October.
The end of summer is always marked by a few things cooling water temperatures which brings a noticeable improvement in the fishing success, lots of families with kids enjoying the last of summer and a frantic 
pace for me.
It has been busy but I think that these pictures say it all!
Earlier this summer I was fortunate to guide a couple of the social media experts who work on the state’s tourism accounts. As I recall it was a very hot day but we were able to spend the morning learning to cast a 
fly line and even brought a fish to the boat.
