Last week spring was coming. You could see the difference in the light and length of day. Temperatures had even begun to warm. I took the signal and got started registered the boat, ordered my new stuff from Orvis and was watching the boat launches to see if the ice was gone. The new brochures have been delivered and a few dropped off at the the local chambers of commerce and the information centers on the Interstate.
At the beginning of the week I was having thought of spring. Apparently word got out that I was making plans and Mother Nature caught up with me. Started snowing Wednesday evening and was still snowing
when I went to bed on Thursday. Yes we got some! This is the view out the office door looking at the now piled in kennel. The best part is that they are now talking about another storm next week.
Today felt spring like. Warmish (ok 40 degrees) windy with bright sunshine the ice on the ponds is getting dark indication that the warm water below is working on it. It got me thinking about the coming 
season. So I registered the Lund Alaskan and the Sequoia and began to work on my fly rod order from Orvis for the coming season.
