I have been contacted to speak at the University of Maine and by a couple of new guides about opportunities in guiding. All are extremely hopeful that the outdoor exploration part of Maine Outdoors is a huge success. I will have to tell them (again) that even though canoe trips and nature exploration are where I started there is little if any money to be made there.

I just love my gig! Saturday was one of those, I got to fish in the Androscoggin Anglers 2 Fly Tournament with Inland fisheries and Wildlife Commissioner Chandler Woodcock and Mike Gawtry from LL Bean.

Being a guide is something that I truly enjoy and it even brings a certain level of notoriety. This season the notoriety has risen to a new level for me.
