One of the best parts about taking reservations for the coming season is reconnecting with folks I have not seen in a while. Yesterday I heard from a family I had not seen for five years. They all have great
memories of our morning on the water and are eager for a repeat.
Blowing like crazy here today with snow that is supposed to go over to rain before it ends. Current temperature is 31 so I’m guessing it will happen. No point in working outside so at my desk watching the snowflakes blow past the window.
I have always loved the full moon nights in winter with the snow on. Crystal clear winter nights are usually cold with very low humidity. The snow reflects the moonlight and it can be as light as evening or early morning all night. Bright enough that we need to sleep with the shades drawn to get any rest.
