This is the Day

That all of my clients wonder about when they ask about our winters, it is six below zero this morning with a fifteen mile per hour wind out of the north.  Snow conditions are not very good in this part of the state after the warmth of last weekend what little snow we have is quite crusty. On the up side the sky is perfectly clear so we will have plenty of sun coming in the windows this morning.

Today is a good day for office work and feeding the woodstove to keep it warm in the house. On my list are brochures for the coming season and a few other getting ready for summer tasks. This is one of the times when I am delighted that my office is 25 feet from the kitchen and even closer to the wood stove. I’ll be thinking about warm summer days spent teaching folks to fly fish or perhaps canoeing on the Saint George River with your family. Hope that you have warm thoughts today too.
