During this trip you can learn the basics of how to identify birds and where best to look for them or pursue a rare bird on your list. Maine Outdoors trips are for your party only and provide an opportunity for you to work directly with a guide to learn birding basics and some of the background that makes birds so fascinating. Depending on your interests your time could be spent walking or boating on a stretch of rocky coast, canoeing on one of our beautiful rivers or along a trail through the Maine forest. This trip is easily adapted to any time of year and can as easily be done on snowshoes in winter as walking shoes in summer.
