The unofficial end of summer is always frantically busy with everyone squeezing in one last outdoor experience before heading back to school and this year has been no different. I have been on a variety of family fishing trips and several learn to fly fish trips. This morning the mom only wanted to see an eagle and they put on a fabulous show as if they knew. Every trip has been great fun but I think that the expression on this eight year old’s face says it all. His first fish on a fly can't say who was more excited.
I am unbelievably lucky to share such great experiences with so many in such a great place! I hope that I get to share some time outdoors with you before winter arrives!
