The forecast last night called for perhaps a couple of slushy inches. After the winter we have been through not welcome but nothing we can’t handle. The surprise came this morning about six inches of nice new snow. Even the plastic flamingos in the flower bed look discouraged!
On the upside it is not real cold and the forecast for tomorrow calls for temperatures in the fifties so it will not last long even if the forecast is wrong, again. For the moment though it is discouraging to see. Especially for someone who is scheduled to take delivery of a new boat tomorrow and has visions of spending his free time fitting out and breaking in that new boat.
Not going to happen today I suppose but surely spring is coming as are warm days on the water!
