The first really warm stretch of the summer and things are still pretty normal in the natural world. Stripers in the Saint George good fishing in freshwater but things are quiet. With the pandemic and the resulting restrictions keeping most folks at home it is pretty quiet here on the Maine coast.
I am guiding a few days each week which is allowing me to do things that are not normally part of the summer schedule. Like getting my own grown sons out fishing or building a greenhouse that Argy and I have talked about for most of our married lives. So a slower schedule is not all bad.
Still though you all are missed! The rules now require that you either quarantine or be tested to visit. Not exactly a huge welcome, the benefit is a very low number of cases and very few deaths. If you do decide to visit I would say Maine is a very safe place to come to.
As always come write or call if I can answer any questions. Oh and take a minute and get outside with your family, you will be glad you did!
Best regards,
