After several years of trying, Argy has established a nice patch of lupines in front of the house and office. It is a joy to look out on this early summer scene every day.
I am also enjoying lots of fishing trips with young kids this year. They are very quick learners, and their joy at mastering the skills for a successful fishing trip is contagious. It is a privilege to guide your kids and grandkids, and it is a lot of fun for them and me. I don't mind getting fishing advice from a ten-year-old, or tying on every lure in the box to see if there is a perfect one. It is all part of the joy of being out and doing.
There are lots of seals right now on the saltwater, and they are curious about the boat and what we are doing. They come close for a good look, while providing us with one as well.
My calendar is very much like that of the last few years. Typically, I have openings until about two weeks out, and then I fill completely as dates get closer. This is new, because only a few years ago I could almost always fit you in. If you already know when you will be in the area and would like to fish, please get in touch beforehand. I never like to tell any of you that I don't have an opening in my calendar.
Come write or call to make your reservation, or make one online here to spend some time on the water between now and the return of winter!
Best regards,
