Sometime in the middle of August things begin to change outdoors the days are noticeably shorter, the nights cooler (thankfully) and water 
temperatures begin to fall. The eagle chicks are fledged and hanging around the nest sites hoping that one of the parents will stop by with a fish.

A variety of trips last week with a nice mix of new and returning clients, some of the returning clients had not seen me for fifteen years! Of course they return with grandkids. The variety included a good number of fly fishing trips some with experienced fly anglers that made my life easy by making the hard casts and catching nice fish.
