Our home and office are in an area where ravens have nested since we moved here 23 years ago. Not crows but ravens. They are larger and much more talkative with quite a vocabulary. In the spring we hear them talking between themselves with various croaks and calls. We had dinner on the deck last Sunday and saw them chasing two separate eagles within about an hour.
I purchase a new Lund every five years and have for some time now. They are good boats and serve me well on both fresh and saltwater. Operating in very shallow water that allows me to put clients on fish or see something amazing. While being well built and designed to handle any rough water we might encounter.
This has been a very different April both in terms of weather and how many folks are looking for a guided trip. The weather continues to be dry overall with a little snow in the mix to remind us that winter is not completely over. The sunny days have been warm and pleasant. Water temperatures continue to be in the low 50’s but that does not seem to be slowing down the fishing.
