Better prepared every day

We were in Newfoundland last week where winter still has a strong grip but we returned to spring. Green everywhere and after this morning warmer temperatures. The summer season is picking up providing lots of opportunities to be on the water with old friends and new clients. I have to admit that I am enjoying it more than ever and san't imagine stopping. Although a slower pace is delightful.

I have been working on what to do instructions for clients if I become incapacitated while guiding. An interesting exercise that I should have completed many years ago. As I get a little older and have more time because my winters are not so full of guides association duties all sorts of projects are getting attention that has been diverted for years.

Needless to say a worthwhile effort that with any luck will never be needed; much like the first aid and CPR classes I have dutifully taken for at least 40 years.

I am pleased to have thought through one more what if in my world and offer helpful advice. Noting for you to worry about but it makes me rest easier.
