You can imagine my surprise this morning when I opened my phone to find my name and Maine Outdoors featured in National Geographic!
An article, titled “You haven't been to Maine until you've visited these small towns,” was published today and highlights the true character of our state—the dirt roads, the warmly lit inns, and the people who make Maine "the way life should be."
To see my name alongside such notable company—from the historic boat builders of Brooklin to the artists of Monhegan Island—is truly an honor. I strive every day to offer an authentic slice of Maine life to my clients, but to be recognized by a publication as prestigious as National Geographic is a milestone that was never expected.
The author, Anna Fiorentino, beautifully captures the spirit of Maine, noting that while the state has grown and changed, the heart of it remains in small communities. If you haven’t read the piece yet, I highly recommend checking it out to see some wonderful highlights of Maine (and spot our mention!): Link to Article
A huge thank you to National Geographic and Anna Fiorentino for including me. And, of course, thank you to all of our clients and community members who make this such a special place to be.
